This website describes DECAPI’s services: fixed-price courses and career services, business advice, and hiring skilled people for a job. It is provided for information.

Nothing on it constitutes professional, legal, financial or technical advice, and nothing on it forms an offer capable of acceptance. Advice is given only under a signed engagement.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a client relationship or oblige either party to proceed. An engagement begins only when scope and terms have been agreed in writing.

Please do not send confidential or privileged material through the enquiry form. Where confidentiality is needed, we will put an agreement in place first.

Prices on this site are set in US dollars, except the software development courses, which are set in Kenyan shillings. Where the price is not in your own currency we convert it using the day’s exchange rate, so the figure you see is an estimate at the moment you look at it, not a quote.

The exact amount, in the currency you will actually pay in, is confirmed in writing before any payment is taken. No payment is taken through this website. Prices can change, and the price that applies is the one we confirm to you in writing.
