Questions
What is the difference between this and your advice service?
Advice tells you what to do. This gets it done. Plenty of clients use only one. Used together, the person doing the work already knows why it matters.
Is my job too small?
No. A two-day job is a real job. We would rather price something small properly than turn it into a project it was never meant to be.
How do you pick people?
On work they have actually done, not on what their resume claims. We only put forward people we would use on our own jobs.
What if something goes wrong?
You call us. The agreement is with DECAPI and it stays with DECAPI. Swapping someone out mid-job, if it ever comes to that, is our problem to solve.
Can the job change once it starts?
Often, and that is fine. Any change is agreed in writing before it happens, so the price and the dates never move behind your back.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the job and the level of skill it needs. You get a written price before anything starts, and it does not change unless you agree to it.
