Does it cost anything to join?
No. Applying, joining and staying in the network are free. We are paid by the client, never by you.
Who are you looking for?
People who can show real experience in what they do, across strategy, technology, operations, growth, creative and specialist fields. Being senior matters less than being genuinely good at one clear thing.
Do I have to take everything I am offered?
No. You see the brief, the dates and the pay before you decide, and saying no costs you nothing. Most people here take DECAPI work alongside their own clients or a full-time job.
How long does joining take?
The form takes about ten minutes. Review and paperwork usually finish within two weeks, depending on how fast references and documents come back.
How is my pay set?
You set your rate when you join. If it sits well outside what the market pays for that work, we will tell you honestly, and then it is your call.
When do I get paid?
On the terms in your agreement, once you have delivered what was agreed. Your contract is with DECAPI, so a slow-paying client is our problem, not yours.
Is the work remote?
Most of it. Some jobs need you on site for part of the time, and that is always in the brief before you say yes.
Do I need to be in the United States?
No. We are based in Missouri and work with clients anywhere, and much of the network is remote. Right to work and tax status are sorted out when you join, for the places you can work.
